Carlos R. Mafra e1d5ce7a51 Cleanup includes of wcore.h, defaults.h and pixmap.h 
Several files were including others for no reason, and this slows
down the build time (but probably not measurable on a fast machine).

    done

The different line break at 115 columns is because
I use a widescreen monitor :-)

  have the same names and collide in the cache giving unwanted results)

kojima 3d5f435be7 fixed cosmetic bug in geom. dpy window for 8bpp 
removed --enable-kanji and added MultiByteText option
rewrote font code to use WINGs
made autoraise only work for the active window
fixed compilation problem with OpenWindows and other non-X11R6 systems..
