zeertzjq edf0f7db28 patch 9.1.1070: Cannot control cursor positioning of getchar() ...

Problem:  Cannot control cursor positioning of getchar().
Solution: Add "cursor" flag to {opts}, with possible values "hide",
          "keep" and "msg".
