Eisuke Kawashima 834bb85172 runtime(vim): vimHLGroup is not highlighted correctly 
Problem: vimHLGroup is not highlighted in "hi def link"
          and "hi clear" commands
Solution: highlight vimHLGroup similarly to vimGroup
          (Eisuke Kawashima)
