zeertzjq 4f33bc20d7 patch 8.2.3295: 'cursorline' should not apply to 'breakindent' ...

Problem:    'cursorline' should not apply to 'breakindent'.
Solution:   Make 'cursorline' apply to 'breakindent' and 'showbreak'
            consistently. (closes #8684)
