Problem:  Cannot see matched text in popup menu
Solution: Introduce 2 new highlighting groups: PmenuMatch and
          PmenuMatchSel (glepnir)

ping @habamax, @neutaaaaan @romainl because vim/colorschemes may need
some updates, @lifepillar for updating vim-colortemplate
