4ff4814b38 patch 8.1.0132: lua tests are old style 
Problem:    Lua tests are old style.
Solution:   Convert to new style tests.  Improve coverage. (Dominique Pelle,
            closes #3091)

d58f03b1c2 patch 8.0.0268: may get ml_get error when :luado deletes lines 
Problem:    May get ml_get error when :luado deletes lines or switches to
            another buffer. (Nikolai Pavlov, issue #1421)
Solution:   Check the buffer and line every time.
