Problem: The "last used" info of a buffer is under used.
Solution: Add "lastused" to getbufinfo(). List buffers sorted by last-used
field. (Andi Massimino, closes #4722 )

Problem: Confusing error message when range is not allowed.
Solution: With ADDR_NONE give e_norange. Change e_invaddr to e_invrange for
consistency.

Problem: ":dl" is seen as ":dlist" instead of ":delete".
Solution: Do not use cmdidxs2[] if the length is 1. (closes #4721 )
