Problem:    Too many #ifdefs for the multi-byte feature.
Solution:   Tentatively always enable the multi-byte feature.  If you have a
            problem with this, please discuss on the Vim maillist.

Solution:   Very early implementation of the :terminal command.  Includes
            libvterm converted to ANSI C.  Many parts still missing.
