6f37e530d3 patch 9.0.1533: test for 'smoothscroll' is ineffective 
Problem:    Test for 'smoothscroll' is ineffective.
Solution:   Change the order of testing "zb" and "zt". (Luuk van Baal,
            closes #12366)
