2bc849ff81 patch 9.0.1171: screen is not redrawn after using setcellwidths() 
Problem:    Screen is not redrawn after using setcellwidths().
Solution:   Redraw the screen when the cell widths have changed. (Yasuhiro
            Matsumoto, closes #11800)
