53901442f3 patch 8.1.0212: preferred cursor column not set in interfaces 
Problem:    Preferred cursor column not set in interfaces.
Solution:   Set w_set_curswant when setting the cursor. (David Hotham,
            closes #3060)

a58883b4ea patch 8.0.0265: may get ml_get error when :pydo deletes lines 
Problem:    May get ml_get error when :pydo deletes lines or switches to
            another buffer. (Nikolai Pavlov, issue #1421)
Solution:   Check the buffer and line every time.
