bindzone runtime: add new DNS record types ( #7351 )

Recognize some newer DNS record types - CAA (RFC8659, certificate authority authorization), OPENPGPKEY (RFC7929), SMIMEA (RFC8162). Sort SSHFP alphabetically while there.
