Solution: cleanup undofile
fix: tmp file not deleted when running make test_undo
Temporary file `.Xtestfile.txt.un~` was left running `make test_undo`
and vim was configured with:
```
./configure --with-features=normal --enable-gui=no --enable-terminal
```

Solution: Only set the alternate file when not reusing the buffer.

Solution: Instead of searching for state 1 and go above, just use the start.

Solution: Get the actual sequence number instead of decrementing the current
