patch 8.2.1107: 'imactivatefunc' and 'imstatusfunc' are not used in the GUI

Problem:    'imactivatefunc' and 'imstatusfunc' are not used in the GUI.
Solution:   Adjust the #ifdefs. (closes #6367)
