patch 8.2.2239: Vim9: concatenating lines with backslash is inconvenient

Problem:    Vim9: concatenating lines with backslash is inconvenient.
Solution:   Support concatenating lines starting with '|', useful for
            :autocmd, :command, etc. (closes #6702)
