patch 8.1.2192: cannot easily fill the info popup asynchronously

Problem:    Cannot easily fill the info popup asynchronously.
Solution:   Add the "popuphidden" value to 'completeopt'. (closes #4924)

|popup_show()| once the popup has been filled.
