patch 8.1.1414: alloc() returning "char_u *" causes a lot of type casts
Problem: Alloc() returning "char_u *" causes a lot of type casts. Solution: Have it return "void *". (Mike Williams) Define ALLOC_ONE() to check the simple allocations.
