patch 9.1.0402: filetype: mdd files detected as zsh filetype

Problem:  filetype: mdd files detected as zsh filetype
Solution: detect '*.mdd' files as sh filetype, add links
          to reference documentation (Wu, Zhenyu)

closes: #14741
