patch 9.0.0555: scrolling with 'nosplitscroll' in callback changing curwin
Problem: Scrolling with 'nosplitscroll' in callback changing curwin.
Solution: Invalidate w_cline_row in the right place. (Luuk van Baal,
closes #11185)
