patch 8.2.3547: opening the quickfix window triggers BufWinEnter twice

Problem:    Opening the quickfix window triggers BufWinEnter twice. (Yorick
            Peterse)
Solution:   Only trigger BufWinEnter with "quickfix". (closes #9022)
