patch 9.1.1200: cmdline pum not cleared for input() completion

Problem:  Cmdline pum not cleared for input() completion.
Solution: Temporary reset RedrawingDisabled in cmdline_pum_cleanup(),
          like what is done in wildmenu_cleanup() (zeertzjq).
