Bharat Mediratta b60e3e13a4 Show the tag count, too.

Try using array_rand to simplify tag creation logic.  Is it better?  Maybe.

To get started, point your browser at the gallery3 dir.  That should
take you to the scaffolding page which will walk you through the
process of getting installed.  Questions, problems?
