Bharat Mediratta af32e5708d Remove all caching from ORM_MPTT. This was premature optimization: it

wasn't benefitting us, and it will get in the way when we want to add

To get started, point your browser at the gallery3 dir.  That should
take you to the scaffolding page which will walk you through the
process of getting installed.  Questions, problems?
