Changed the search module installer to explicitly specify MyISAM as the database type. Changed the packager to not remove the engine specification if the table is search_records. Fixes Ticket #774

Add quotes around all values that contain spaces in them, and add a
...
test to make sure that we continue to do so.
This makes sure that we don't have problems with 5.3 which treats the
literal "on" as a boolean.

Change the way that we track modules.
...
Each module now has a "module.info" file that has information about
the module, including the core. We can display the installed version,
and the version in the code.
Also take a first shot at a modules admin page.
