Add a "form_closing" custom event to the dialog processing. This

allows the form in the dialog todo custom processing when the form
closes.
For example, the server_add dialog (next commit) uses this callback to
determine if the upload task was cancelled and display a warning
message when the page reloads.
Usage:
$("#gServerAdd form").bind("form_closing", function(target){...});

Refactor all translation strings that have ambiguous placeholders.
...
E.g. "%link_startClick here%link_end" is now '<a href="%url">Click here</a>'.
Note: This isn't always the best solution. E.g. consider "Foo <a href='%url' class='gDialogLink'>bar</a>." Now the translator has to deal with
preserving CSS classes too...

Rather than moving the themeroller and all of its associated files

into each theme. I chose to create methods Theme_View::file($path)
and Admin_View::file($path). These methods check for a theme override
file in the theme and return a link to it if it exists. So to
override the themeroller files. just create a lib/themeroller in the
theme and the files will be picked up.

Rejigger the way we do reinstalls while Kohana is running.
...
core_installer::install() now takes an $initial_install param that
allows us to enforce that we're doing a clean install. Use this in
both the scaffolding and the unit test code.
Greatly simplify the scaffolding uninstall/reinstall code.

Added rotate cc and ccw icons to themeroller theme and css to default theme, applied to quick pane rotate buttons. Hope that jQuery UI includes rotate icons eventrually so we don't have to maintain this.
