Tim Almdal	00eacd659f	Start simplifying the interface by moving the static methods from user.php and group.php. Tried creating a identity helper, but the helper identity.php was confused with the library Identity.php. So got around this by making the methods on Identity static and calling the instance within the static methods. Bharat Mediratta	b8053c9ddf	Rename "after_installer" to "welcome_message" in the code to make it ... clearer what its purpose is. Add some spacing in the theme for it so that it's less cramped.	2009-09-10 21:10:20 -07:00
