Added OnExploding() and OnExploded() hooks.
As requested in FS 413, with extra parameters: World, BlockX, BlockY, BlockZ, Size, CanCauseFire, Source, SourceData OnExploding() can return 3 values: StopHook, CanCauseFire, ExplosionSize
