Tamas TEVESZandCarlos R. Mafra 5377ec8fba wmmenugen: Add executable detection, make Wmconfig use it 
Add fileInPath, which determines whether or not a given file exists
in $PATH (some heuristics apply).

Make the Wconfig parser use it.
