Update statdown to cebe5e27 (front matter preservation fix)

statdown now inserts CSS/JS dependency tags after the YAML front matter closing delimiter instead of before it, fixing Hugo's inability to parse the front matter in rendered widget posts. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
