Problem: Crash when setting t_Co to zero when 'termguicolors' is set.
Solution: Use IS_CTERM instead of checking the number of colors.

Solution: Use "line_attr" when appropriate. (Ozaki Kiichi, closes #2111 )
But don't highlight more than one character.
