3fc84dc2c7 patch 9.0.1025: WinScrolled is not triggered when filler lines change 
Problem:    WinScrolled is not triggered when filler lines change.
Solution:   Add "topfill" to the values that WinScrolled triggers on.
            (closes #11668)

Problem:    ":wincmd =" equalizes in two directions.
Solution:   Make ":vertical wincmd =" equalize vertically only and
            ":horizontal wincmd =" equalize horizontally only.

59d8e56e04 patch 8.2.1967: the session file does not restore the alternate file 
Problem:    The session file does not restore the alternate file.
Solution:   Add ":balt".  Works like ":badd" and also sets the buffer as the
            alternate file.  Use it in the session file. (closes #7269,
            closes #6714)

Problem:    The "last used" info of a buffer is under used.
Solution:   Add "lastused" to getbufinfo(). List buffers sorted by last-used
            field. (Andi Massimino, closes #4722)

Problem:    Remarks about functionality not in Vi clutters the help.
Solution:   Move all info about what is new in Vim or already existed in Vi to
            vi_diff.txt.  Remove {not in Vi} remarks. (closes #4268) Add
            "noet" to the help files modeline.  Also include many other help
            file improvements.
