2cab0e1910 patch 8.0.0096 
Problem:    When the input or output is not a tty Vim appears to hang.
Solution:   Add the --ttyfail argument.  Also add the "ttyin" and "ttyout"
            features to be able to check in Vim script.

Solution:   Add an optional argument to ch_status().  Let ch_info() also
            return "buffered" for out_status and err_status.

Solution:   Do not make a copy of all window/buffer-local options.  Make it
            possible to get them with gettabwinvar() or getbufvar().
