Solution: In getvcol() check for ml_get_buf() returning an empty string.
Also skip adjusting the scroll position. Set "exiting" in
mch_exit() for all systems.
Problem: Cannot make Vim fail on an internal error.
Solution: Add IEMSG() and IEMSG2(). (Domenique Pelle) Avoid reporting an
internal error without mentioning where.
Problem: Crash when editing a new buffer and BufUnload autocommand wipes
