Solution:   Add "lastused" to getbufinfo(). List buffers sorted by last-used

Problem:    SafeStateAgain not triggered if callback uses feedkeys().
Solution:   Check for safe state in the input loop.  Make log messages easier
            to find. Add 'S' flag to state().
