patch 8.2.0580: window size wrong if 'ea' is off and 'splitright' is on

Problem:    Window size wrong if 'ea' is off and 'splitright' is on and
            splitting then closing a window.
Solution:   Put abandoned window space in the right place. (Mark Waggoner)
