patch 8.1.1113: making an autocommand trigger once is not so easy

Problem:    Making an autocommand trigger once is not so easy.
Solution:   Add the ++once argument.  Also add ++nested as an alias for
            "nested". (Justin M. Keyes, closes #4100)
