patch 8.1.1414: alloc() returning "char_u *" causes a lot of type casts

Problem: Alloc() returning "char_u *" causes a lot of type casts.
Solution: Have it return "void *". (Mike Williams) Define ALLOC_ONE() to
            check the simple allocations.
