patch 9.1.1116: Vim9: super not supported in lambda expressions

Problem:  Vim9: super not supported in lambda expressions
          (Aliaksei Budavei)
Solution: Support using the super keyword in a closure in an instance
          method (Yegappan Lakshmanan)
