patch 8.0.0228: pasting in xterm on the command line has PasteStart

Problem:    When pasting test in an xterm on the command line it is surrounded
            by <PasteStart> and <PasteEnd>. (Johannes Kaltenbach)
Solution:   Add missing changes.
