patch 8.1.0356: using :s with 'incsearch' prevents CTRL-R CTRL-W

Problem: Using :s with 'incsearch' prevents CTRL-R CTRL-W. (Boris Staletic)
Solution: When past the pattern put cursor back in the start position.
            (closes #3413)
