patch 8.0.0675: 'colorcolumn' has a higher priority than 'hlsearch'

Problem:    'colorcolumn' has a higher priority than 'hlsearch', it should be
            the other way around. (Nazri Ramliy)
Solution:   Change the priorities. (LemonBoy, closes #1794)
