patch 9.1.0433: Wrong yanking with exclusive selection and ve=all
Problem: Wrong yanking with exclusive selection and virtualedit=all, and integer overflow when using getregion() on it. Solution: Set coladd when decreasing column and 'virtualedit' is active.
