patch 8.0.0785: wildcards are not expanded for :terminal

Browse Source 
Problem:    Wildcards are not expanded for :terminal.
Solution:   Add FILES to the command flags. (Yasuhiro Matsumoto, closes #1883)
            Also complete commands.
