patch 7.4.1980

Browse Source 
Problem:    'errorformat' is parsed for every call to ":caddexpr".  Can't add
            to two location lists asynchronously.
Solution:   Keep the previously parsed data when appropriate. (mostly by
            Yegappan Lakshmanan)
