Resembling or having the quality of a bozo; that is, clownish, ludicrously
wrong, unintentionally humorous. Compare <a href="../W/wonky.html"><i class="glossterm">wonky</i></a>,
<a href="../D/demented.html"><i class="glossterm">demented</i></a>. Note that the noun &#8216;bozo&#8217;
occurs in slang, but the mainstream adjectival form would be
