I/O status registers on the lovingly-remembered BBC Microcomputer! (It is

||
reported that SHEILA was poked the most often.) Unlike

<a href="../J/J--Random-Hacker.html"><i class="glossterm">J. Random Hacker</i></a> or <span class="firstterm">J. Random Loser</span>, the name ‘fred’

has no positive or negative loading (but see <a href="../D/Dr--Fred-Mbogo.html"><i class="glossterm">Dr. Fred
