Like open source, but without the "open" part. Also known as Cargo Cult
Open Source or Cargo Cult FOSS. Within a company you adopt the superficial
practices of open source, such as using IRC, having developers work on
whichever internal project they want, have the usual patch reviews or pull
requests and use open source development tools like git. The only
difference is that the end result is still proprietary.
