+Open Source or Cargo Cult FOSS. Within a company you adopt the superficial
+practices of open source, such as using IRC, having developers work on
+whichever internal project they want, have the usual patch reviews or pull
+requests and use open source development tools like git. The only
+difference is that the end result is still proprietary.
